Cancellation Policy
To ensure the stability of our small business, all appointments require a credit card that will be put on file and encrypted. If an appointment is missed, moved or cancelled within 24 hours, a charge of 100% of the scheduled service will automatically occur. If an appointment is moved or cancelled within 48 hours, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will occur. Prices are subject to change per client/artist consultation and amount of product used to provide the best service possible.
