Cancellation Policy
To ensure the stability of our small business, all appointments require a credit card that will be put on file and encrypted. If an appointment is missed, moved or cancelled within 24 hours, a charge of 100% of the scheduled service will automatically occur. If an appointment is moved or cancelled within 48 hours, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will occur. Prices are subject to change per client/artist consultation and amount of product used to provide the best service and experience possible.
Lost Goods or Damaged Clothing
We try our best to make sure no personal items are left behind and are not held liable for any lost goods. We strive to make sure we don’t damage your clothing while you are here and are not responsible for any bleached or colored clothing that may occur during your service.
Children Policy
For the safety and relaxation of all our guests, please only bring children who have scheduled appointments.
Enhancement Services
We value our artists time and unfortunately we don't offer refunds on services. However, our end goal is to make sure you love your hair! If for any reason you are unhappy with your services, we offer enhancement appointments. Clients may call to schedule an enhancement within 48 hours of the original appointment. Enhancement services must be booked within a week of this call. Salt & Sparrow Salon reserves the right to charge for any products used during the enhancement service.
Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind the product lines we carry. If for some reason you are unhappy with any Aveda product purchased at Salt & Sparrow Salon, it may be exchanged for another Aveda product within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer product refunds. All brushes, styling tools, and makeup are final sale due to sanitation reasons.
