I'm Betsy! I'm your Customer Care Lead and have passionately represented Salt & Sparrow for 10 years. With 20+ years of customer service under my belt, I’m eager to help you with all of your hair care needs! When I'm not taking care of scheduling, ordering products, or keeping things tidy at the salon you can find me spending time with my cats: Poe and Fitz. I enjoy a good history documentary, and I love to craft; dabbling in various mediums but recently enjoying embroidery. If I’m missing from the salon for a while, I’m likely travelling to see a concert. It is my hope as a member of the LGBTQ community that I can make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
